This 1 day workshop provides participants with an understanding of how to interpret the Food Safety Standards.

This session is designed to provide all personnel attending, an overview of the Standards and how they play a part in the implementation of our current regulatory food safety systems.

The training will provide participants with an understanding of:

3.2.1 – Food Safety Programs
3.2.2 – Food handling practices and Procedures
3.2.3 – Premises design and construction
3.3.1 – Food Safety Programs for the Vulnerable

The session is delivered in a fun and easy-to-understand format and may be attended by personnel from all levels of the workplace.

There are no prerequisites to attend this training session.

On the successful completion of this training and assessment; trainees will be issued a Certificate of Attendance with the topic Food Safety Standards
