This session is designed to provide all personnel attending with an overview of the Codex Standards and Codes of Practice and how they play a part food industry.

The training will provide participants with an understanding of the Principles of the HACCP System
From the Codex Alimentarius – General Principles of Food Hygiene

The competencies covered in this Introductory HACCP training can be credited towards the HACCP Principles training requirements prior to undertaking the Food Safety Auditor training.

There are no prerequisites to attend this training session, however some industry experience would be an advantage.
